Digital Outsource Services, trading as DigiOutsource was established in 2012 when ForwardSlash (since 1997) and SpeakUp Communications (since 2003) joined forces to be at the leading edge of technology, online marketing and customer relationship management.

We specialise in the acquisition and retention of customers on behalf of our clients, and our services are outsourced exclusively to a large international client, based in London, on a business/partner basis.

Software Development

The Software Development team in partnership with the Product team services not only the whole of DigiOutsource but also the wider group with solutions that enable them to execute on their vision of fast, quality and informed service to their clients. We build systems that not only bring the client in the door but also create supporting systems that keep them with us. Our main objective is to ensure that we build systems that are highly available, reliable and of the highest quality using the best technology. We aim to be courageous about taking on cutting edge technology while always ensuring we don’t impact the clients’ ability to get to market. As a service delivery department we want to ensure we service our clients’ needs by knowing our business, executing our services with professionalism and producing products that are fit for purpose.

Information Technology Infrastructure

The Infrastructure team, consisting of 40 staff, supports a 24/7 organisation managing in excess of 1400 users and 1200 endpoints. We maintain 7 globally dispersed Data Centres, have implemented a multi-layered support structure and pride ourselves in offering excellent customer service. We have a Passion to Perform, it’s what drives us.

We are a technology focused company which requires us to invest in the latest technologies available, we build solutions that make use of cutting edge hardware and software, and always try to push the boundaries of what is available in the market.

We make use of primarily Microsoft based technologies like Hyper-V Virtualisation, SQL Server, Exchange and SharePoint. We also don't depend on 3rd parties to implement our solutions, we design and build them ourselves, allowing our teams to gain maximum experience and knowledge. This ensures that we are the masters of our own destiny when it comes to solving issues promptly.

Information and Technology Security are significant components of DigiOutsource. We are driven by our passion to Design, Implement and Maintain a secure infrastructure while strengthening the sense of “Collaborative Responsibility” amongst all staff.

Business Intelligence

Our Business Intelligence (BI) department at DigiOutsource strives to provide the company (from executives to call centre agents) with useful information, transformed from disparate raw data sources, in a self-service manner. This historical, current and predictive information enables us to help identify, develop and create new business opportunities. Identifying new opportunities and implementing an effective strategy based on insights can provide the business with a competitive advantage and ensure long-term effectiveness. As our BI team is Technically, Statistically and Analytically proficient, this too enables us to excel in providing the required business edge to be leaders in our market.

We provide financial services to DigiOutsource which include month-end reporting, payroll, debtor and creditor management but also full month-end reporting functions to a variety of clients. Finance strives at all times to create good administrative processes for great corporate governance, making funds available for operations, monitoring the use of funds and assisting in the management of revenue, expenditure, assets and liabilities. Our foreign customer service teams, like our English teams consist of specialist hosts who have knowledge and understanding of the customers within their specific regions. Bulk Communications

Bulk Communications at DigiOutsource comprises of Email Specialists who work closely with Brand Marketers. We facilitate the contact made with our players via email, SMS and app messages on a bulk scale, which we render and deliver to all devices and browsers. This allows us to provide in-depth reporting per medium for the Marketers. We aim for Inbox Delivery by constantly monitoring our sending reputation and meeting the highest sender score rating. We ‘stamp it’, ‘seal it’ and deliver it.

Our skilled and friendly HR Support team includes an Events Manager, a Travel Coordinator, a Concierge and two Immigration Consultants. With these skills and expertise we are well equipped to handle all our staffing needs, from assistance with buying a car, to staff entertainment and fun events. We plan events from conception to execution. If the business can conceive it, we can achieve it. Our in-house Travel Coordinator can assist with all travel arrangements and bookings, helping to secure the best deals. Our Immigration Consultants take care of all the nitty-gritty associated with work and travel visas internationally.

Training

Our culture strongly encourages employees to acquire new skills or advance existing skills and knowledge. We strive to share and shape opinions through dialogue and engagement. We make use of world-class learning and training facilities and have a dedicated, fully serviced, 10-room Training Centre. A large team of highly skilled specialists ensure that all Technical, Professional, Occupational and Leadership skills are developed and nurtured. We embrace all mediums of learning – from formal study loans and bursaries through accredited institutions, to on-the-floor live coaching and feedback. Our technical training facilities can accommodate up to 126 learners each at their own PC at the same time. All other class-room style development workshops are facilitated in fun, active and energising manners, ensuring we live our motto of having fun at work.

Office Support

Office Support is an in-house service department which comprises of a Facilities Team Lead, Store Man, Office Assistants, IT Assistants, Baristas & Front of House Receptionist. We cater to all the business needs and requirements. Our aim is to provide a quality in-house service that leaves our customers (our staff) happy and content. The Office Support team is always willing and able to assist where needed. As a support department we deal with the following services: Parking, Security, Canteen Issues, Catering & Events, Cleaning Issues and many more.

Facilities Management

DigiOutsource’s Facilities Management is focused on the management of supporting services for the business across all three buildings in our Campus. Our professional team of electricians and handymen who collaborate with our office support team, develop, operate, and maintain high quality facilities. Well-managed services enable DigiOutsource to function at its most efficient and effective level. Facilities Management is a strategic discipline that provides safe, healthy, reliable and productive work environments which enable the core business to achieve its objectives.
